• If you did not purchase a risk free return during checkout, use our return portal to purchase a return label; no return fee will be deducted from your refund total

• Must be mailed within 14 days of the item's original delivery date
• Must be in their original and unworn condition
• Must include their original labels
• Must be shipped within 3 days of receiving their return label
• Must be shipped in their original box
