SHIPPING POLICY

Orders ship within one business day of ordering. Once your order has been shipped we'll send you an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to be valid. Please note that a “business day” is Monday through Friday, excluding any major holidays that may disrupt normal shipping pickups and business hours. *(for RETURNS please refer to return policy)       

SHIPPING PRICING

• No Rush - Free shipping on orders of $300 or more. $14.99 with orders under $300. Arrives in approximately 7-10 business days.
• Priority - $20. Any size order. Any quantity. No limit. Arrives in approximately 4-6 business days.
• 2 Day - $34.99. Any size order. Any quantity. No limit. Arrives in 2 business days.

 

RETURN POLICY
           
ITEMS MUST BE:

• Unworn and in new condition 
• Original sizing and style label/tags still attached.
• Shipped with the original packing slip.
• Postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date

 

You may return your unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items purchased from dolcvitaMEN.com. From the date of purchase, you have 30 days to return an item for a refund to the original form of payment. No refunds or exchanges are available after the original 30 days. If the incorrect item was received, we will offer reimbursement for the return shipping prices. If the reason for return is not the fault of dolcevitaMEN then the customer is responsible for the costs of any return shipping for refunds or exchanges.   

 

If the item(s) was purchased unaltered and was later altered by the customer or third-party shop, dolcevitaMEN is not responsible for the item(s) and is no longer qualified for any returns or exchanges NO EXCEPTIONS.

 

If items are bought during a “BUY ONE GET ONE” special, or any bundle discount purchase, the item(s) kept by the customer will be valued at full retail price when calculating price of returned item(s).

 

Exchanges will follow the same guidelines as Return Policy with the exception of a restocking fee. dolcevitaMEN will only cover the return shipping cost once for an exchange, after receiving an item(s) for a second time and another exchange is needed the customer is responsible for costs of shipping back to dolcevitaMEN. 

 

 * Note: any items that get returned for a refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee. The remaining total, after fee is subtracted, of the item being returned will go back to the original form of payment. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and will not be used in calculating restocking fees.
