Delivery and Processing
We strive to provide timely delivery of all our products:
- Orders are processed 1-3 business days after their purchase
- Orders are shipped 1 day after processing
- Orders are delivered 3-5 days after shipping
- We do not currently offer weekend delivery
- International customers are responsible for import and export fees

Returns and Refunds
We take purchase returns very seriously to ensure the best experience for our customers:
Request a return at sales@dolcevitamen.com
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of the item's delivery
- Returned items must be in their original and unworn condition
- Returned items must include their original packing slip
- Returned items must include their original labels
- Returned items must be shipped within 3 days of receiving their return label
- Orders of 50$ or less are not eligible for free return
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- International customers are responsible return shipping costs
- Returned items must be shipped in their original shipping box
- If you receive a damaged item, photograph the item and email us at sales@dolcevitamen.com within 3 days upon delivery to arrange a return
Exchanges
Exchanges are also available for variations of the same item:

- Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of the item's delivery
- Exchanged items must be shipped within 3 days of their return label
- Your exchange will only ship once we receive the original item
- Once exchanged, items are not eligible for repeat return and refund
